			Audio Description Services for Film, Video and Multimedia Products For audio description for film, video or multimedia products, the client provides: • a DVD copy of the finished film, video, or multimedia product with burned-in timecodes (window dub) • a Digi-Beta or Betacam SP copy of the finished video or other multimedia program with timecodes that match those on the DVD copy (To ensure exact placement of the audio description during recording, we "record to picture.") • an electronic copy of the program's script including all beginning and ending titles and credits We then develop a draft of the audio description script. The writer will research unfamiliar visual materials in order to describe them properly, and may, on occasion, consult with the client to identify and accurately describe specific elements. After we edit the draft for clarity and consistency, send the draft to the client for approval.
